Yoga for Peace of Mind and Body

AAPIRC’s Yoga for Peace of Mind and Body offers a calming space for students and community members to unwind, recharge, and connect with their well-being. Rooted in Asian traditions, this program promotes both mental and physical health through mindfulness, relaxation, and gentle exercise. Previously led by Farah Nousheen, the sessions provide an inclusive environment that fosters a sense of community and balance.

Open to all skill levels, the sessions focus on breath, movement, and meditation to help participants de-stress and find equilibrium in their daily lives. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, the program supports holistic well-being and personal growth.
