Mishy Wang joined AAPIRC as a Student Success Specialist in September 2021. Originally from Minnesota, she has previously worked with students in several departments at the University of Minnesota. As a second generation Chinese-American, she is excited to create an inclusive, supportive space for AAPI students at the University of New Mexico. She is dedicated to helping students engage in personal development, cultural reflection, and meaningful discussions about AAPI identity. In her spare time, Mishy enjoys knitting and crocheting, playing music, and taking care of her two pet rabbits.
My name is Charlotte Auh and I am a freshman at UNM. I was born and raised in Albuquerque; my father was born in South Korea. I am majoring in Elementary Education and plan to complete the bilingual strand in hopes of becoming an elementary school librarian who can teach ESL students. I am a proud member of the AAPI community at UNM and I can't wait to help students find support and resources through AAPIRC!
